Privacy Policy

Feeder Workflow is a private field scheduling app used by organisations to run their field crews. Your access is provided by your organisation (“your company”) — for example a tree care or utility services contractor. This policy explains what the app handles and why.

Who can use the app

The app is for authorised crews of subscribing organisations only. Access requires a crew code issued by your company’s dispatch. There is no public sign-up and no self-service account creation inside the app.

Information the app handles

• Login identifier. Your crew code is used to sign you in to your assigned run sheet. It is associated with a login identity in our secure backend (Google Firebase).
• Job completion notes. Notes you add when marking a job started or done are stored so the office can see progress. These are work records, not personal information.
• Job and site information. The app displays the day’s jobs assigned to your crew — addresses, work type, site notes, hazards and site photos — supplied by your company.

Information the app does NOT collect

• No device location is collected or tracked. Tapping “Navigate” simply opens Google Maps; the app itself does not record your location.
• No access to your contacts, photos library, microphone or camera.
• No advertising, no analytics profiling, and no sale or sharing of data with third parties for their own use.

Where data is stored

App data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore / Authentication), protected in transit and at rest, and isolated per organisation. See Google’s security practices at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Data retention and deletion

Crew logins and records are managed by your company. Because accounts are provisioned by your company’s dispatch (not created in the app), to change or delete a crew login or associated records, contact your dispatch office and the request will be actioned.

Children

The app is a workplace tool and is not directed to children.
